WHO WE ARE
This non-profit, charitable foundation is run by first responders and community members who are actively involved in responding to residents, businesses, and visitors who call for help during an emergency.
WHAT WE DO
Provide mental health support and prevention programs for our first responders and government
employees.
Provide training and education to first responders in the area of mental health, wellness, and fitness,
improving their quality of life and providing for a stronger work force of public safety professionals.
Provide financial assistance to firefighters, police officers, 911 dispatchers, and other first responders during
their time of need. This can be as the result of an injury or illness.

The Ocean City Fire Department has welcomed its first therapy dog, K-9 Max, a 20-month old Labrador Retriever. Max has special skills and training to help first-responders and members of the Ocean City Community after traumatic events.
Max has special training and skills that he will use at local schools, community events, to build relationships with local families.
